Designed for winding/pay-out of earth wire or conductor when the drum is damaged or manual stringing is required in difficult terrain. Fabricated from mild steel sections with its shaft on tapered roller bearings in a cast iron shield. Foot-operated brake lever is also provided to stop rotation. Wheels are provided with greasing nipples for better maintenance and life.

Used for inspection of conductors after construction, has a foot operated brake and is made for either twin or quad conductors.
